Meditation Monday

Take an hour out of your busy life to find your centered presence, to clear the clutter of your mind, and to reconnect with your breath while the animals hold space for you in a sacred connection between you and nature.

Each week we will be inspired to find a theme or intention, or to simply allow the animals to guide us to whwere we need to be.
